Detailed introduction:
Use: Pipeline systems in high temperature and high pressure environments.
Steel type: Ferritic alloy steel.
Standard content: This standard is mainly applicable to seamless pipes in high temperature and high pressure working environments, especially in power plants, fertilizer plants and other industries. It is suitable for use in places with high temperatures and high pressures.
Main uses:
Power plants, high temperature industrial equipment.
High temperature pipelines in fertilizer plants, petrochemical plants, etc.
Heat exchangers, high pressure steam pipelines.
ASTM A335 includes P11, P22, and P91 grades, which are mainly used for high temperature and high pressure. The sizes range from 1/8 inch to 24 inches in outer diameter, and the wall thickness can be selected from Schedule 40 to XXS. The chemical composition of P11 is C 0.05–0.15%, Mn 0.30–0.60%, Si 0.50–1.00%, P, S≤0.025%, Cr 1.00–1.50%, Mo 0.44–0.65%; P22 increases Cr to 1.90–2.60%; P91 is a high chromium and high vanadium grade: C 0.08–0.12%, Cr 8.00–9.50%, Mo 0.85–1.05%, V 0.18–0.25%, Nb 0.06–0.12%. Physical properties include density of about 7.80g/cm³, Young's modulus of about 205GPa, thermal expansion coefficient of 11–12×10⁻⁶/°C, thermal conductivity of 46–48W/(m·K). Heat treatment requires normalizing + tempering, mechanical properties after normalizing tensile strength ≥415MPa, yield strength ≥205MPa, elongation ≥22%, and excellent high temperature creep resistance.

AGREEMENTS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.Singapore Gather Industry Limited. shall hereinafter be referred to as "SGS", and the applicant shall be referred to as "Customer". The customer desires to purchase goods and services from NIS and Customer agrees in consideration thereof to be bound by the terms and conditions stated in this agreement.
2.In the absence of such express terms and conditions, SGS’ terms will be Net 30 days.
3.If SGS is not paid on time, in accordance with sgs terms, Customer shall pay for all costs and expense incurred bySGS in connection with SGS’ attempts to obtain payment, including fees charged by a collection agency or attorney, and any other charges which can be legally charged to Customer, Customer agrees that for and in consideration of SGS’ extension of credit, this agreement is to be construed under the laws of the State of HONG KONG, and that if legal action is brought to enforce this agreement, that Will County, HONG KONG shall be the exclusive jurisdiction and legal venue for said action. If SGS refers this agreement to an attorney for enforcement, including collection of amounts which are past due, Customer agrees to pay SGS’ actual attorneys' fees and costs.
4.Upon SGS’ acceptance, this agreement embodies the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. No promise, representation or agreement made prior to or subsequent to the execution and delivery hereof, by either hereto, and no revocation, partial or otherwise, or change, amendment, addition, alteration or modification shall be valid unless the same be in writing signed by all the parties hereto, or by their duly authorized agents
